ChatSDKs major releases

This release brings a big step forward in consistency, developer experience, and scalability across platforms—while still keeping each SDK idiomatic to its ecosystem.

The changes include: Entity-first event model — callbacks now live on channels, users, messages, etc. (more intuitive & discoverable); Strongly typed event payloads — no more manual parsing of generic events; Decoupled join/connect lifecycle — clearer control over membership vs message streaming; Improved messaging APIs — simplified sendText + powerful MessageDraft for rich content; Better read receipts & reactions — scalable, per-user updates + aggregated reaction models; More expressive membership APIs — easier checks and retrieval without full fetches; Cleaner, more consistent APIs across SDKs (with room for idiomatic differences where it matters).
