PubNub, a San Francisco-based infrastructure-as-a-service provider that provides a real-time network to send and manage messaging traffic between companies, raised $23 million in Series D funding. Investors include Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sapphire Ventures (backed by SAP), Relay Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, Cisco Investments, Bosch and Ericsson.
