Channel Monitor

After building your chat app, manage it using Channel Monitor.

Channel Monitor is a UI tool in the Admin Portal, part of the BizOps Workspace. Select channels to track live and historical conversations, and perform user and message moderation.

Admin capabilities:

• Moderate users - watch, mute, or ban users
• Moderate messages - edit and delete messages of other users or publish your own messages as a moderator

Other sections of the BizOps Workspace let you:

• Manage users and their metadata - create, view, edit, delete
• Manage channels and their metadata - create, view, edit, delete
