Partner Portal
The Admin Portal gives PubNub partners an option to create unique entries identifying their customers (end customers) in the Admin Portal and assign PubNub keysets to them.
With Partner Portal enabled, partners can also create Illuminate resources for their end customers for the assigned keysets.
Although end customers don't have direct access to the Admin Portal, they can use PubNub Illuminate for specific PubNub apps and keysets in one of the following ways:
- A partner will create Illuminate resources (Business Objects, Decisions, and Dashboards) for an end customer in the Admin Portal.
- An end customer will embed Illuminate UI in the external administrative dashboard (on the partner's site) and use it to create Illuminate objects for PubNub apps and keyset assigned by the partner in the Admin Portal.
Partners can access the management panel through the Partner Portal section in the left navigation.

Customers
As a partner, you can create entries for your end customers in the Admin Portal and assign apps and keysets to them so they have a specified but limited access to PubNub resources.
To do that, follow these steps:

Create an entry for your end customer.
Assign a unique name to your end customer and reference their ID from the external system. This ID represents a link between the Admin Portal and the external system that the end customer normally uses, such as an external dashboard.

Assign a PubNub app to the end customer.

Assign a PubNub keyset to the end customer.
Assignment and management rules
You can assign one end customer to multiple apps and keysets, but one keyset can only be assigned to one end customer. Also, there is no option to delete an end customer in the Admin Portal. To disable their access, you must disable the keysets assigned to these customers.
App Management
Through the App Management section, you can create PubNub apps for your end customers.
You can also monitor which end customers these apps are assigned to.
Embed
After you give your end customers access to specific apps and keysets, they can embed Illuminate UI on their administrative dashboard and create Illuminate objects on their own (only for the assigned apps and keysets).
