Events & Actions Pricing
To meet our clients' expectations, we've made the Events & Actions pricing model more beneficial to clients who observe an increase in traffic. The total cost of using Events & Actions depends on the number of events you ingest.
Events and Actions means configuration(s) that monitors and/or filters events (e.g. published messages) generated on the PubNub platform based on the Customer’s criteria (i.e. “event listeners”), enabling the Customer to select specific events to perform an action. Events and Actions has monthly limits for the number of events, listeners, and actions per listener.
All tiers include the following actions:
- Webhooks
- Amazon SQS
- Amazon Kinesis
- Amazon S3 with batching
- Retry

If the Customer exceeds any of these Events and Actions monthly limits, the Customer will be automatically upgraded to the next appropriate tier. Alternatively, the Customer may elect to increase or decrease the Events and Actions Tier by providing 30-day written notice to PubNub and the change will take effect in the following month.
