The Users dashboard provides more detailed analytics about unique users from your Publish/Subscribe API.
PubNub Insights Guided Tour
PubNub Insights offers a unique way of learning how to use its features by providing a built-in Guided Tour directly in the Admin Portal.
The Big Numbers section at the top provides analytics for the most recent hour of the selected date range. The percentage in the Big Numbers section compares the change between the most recent time period and the previous one.
The horizontal bar chart to the right of Big Numbers provides counts of unique User IDs as well as Unique Users with Messages in hourly periods of the selected date range so you can track trends and identify patterns. The Premium dashboards also display daily, weekly and monthly time periods for the same set of metrics.
The bottom table showcases Top 20 Users based on the following:
- Number of messages
- Number of subscribed channels
Unique counts
Note that Top 20 Users are unique counts and cannot be summed. You have to select a single hour.
