# Error logging

Chat SDK records all errors by default from initialization until app closure. Use these logs to debug and fix issues.

Unreal Chat SDK uses the default Unreal editor logging functionality. For more information, refer to the official [Unreal Engine documentation](https://dev.epicgames.com/documentation/en-us/unreal-engine/logging-in-unreal-engine).
